HoneywellMICRO SWITCH™ Subminiature Basic Switches: SM Series, Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT), 5 A at 250 Vac, Pin Plunger Actuator, Solder Termination .. see full description
Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed. These highly sensitive switches are very often used in aerospace, instrumentation, appliances, vending machines, timing devices, office equipment, computer and business equipment, test instruments, communications equipment, HVAC systems, manually operated devices, and valves, among others.
1SM1 Snap Action Switch from Honeywell is a subminiature type, basic micro switch. This Honeywell 1SM1 Switch is designed for simple on/off application needs. It has a long operating life and comes with a choice of actuation, electrical termination and operating characteristics. With an elongated mounting hole, this Honeywell Switch enables more accurate and easier mounting.
Product Highlights:
- Choice of actuation (plunger, as well as a variety of integral and auxiliary actuators)
- Long operating life
- Elongated mounting hole for easier, more accurate mounting
- Choice of electrical termination (solder, quick connect, PCB)
- Choice of operating characteristics (sensitive differential travel as low as 0.0254 mm maximum, low operating force to 0.56 N maximum)
- MIL-PRF-8805 qualified listings available
