SS461C
HoneywellHoneywell Hall-effect Digital Position Sensor ICs: SS460 Series,Bipolar latching magnetic actuation type, High sensitivity, Low Gauss, Reverse polarity protection, Flat TO-92 style package, Available in bulk packaging of 1000 units per bag .. see full description
SS461C Hall Effect Sensor from Honeywell is especially designed to respond to alternating North and South poles. It is ideal for accurate speed sensing and RPM measurement. Compact in size, this Digital Hall Effect Sensor is operated by a magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. This sensor offers a stable output over a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
Some of the applications for these Honeywell Sensors are electronic window lifts, robotics control, convertible roof position and medical equipment, among others. Hall Effect sensors operate as analog transducers and produce a voltage directly. They vary their output voltage in response to the magnetic field. They are generally used in proximity switching, positioning, speed detection and current sensing.
