SS541AT
HoneywellHoneywell Hall-effect Digital Position Sensor ICs: SS500 Series, Unipolar Hall-effect sensor IC, High sensitivity, SOT-89B surface mount package, Available in 1000 units per tape and reel .. see full description
Hall effect sensors are triggered by a magnetic field and operate as analog transducers and return a voltage directly. These sensors vary their output voltage in response to a magnetic field. They are generally used in proximity switching, positioning, and current sensing. Some of the applications for these hall effect sensors include brushless DC motor commutation, magnetic encoding, tape rotation and flow-rate sensing.
SS541AT Hall Effect Sensor from Honeywell features a thermally balanced integrated circuit. With a robust design, this Hall Effect Current Sensor IC ensures temperature stability and accuracy. Compact in size, it consumes low power of only 5 mA maximum at 4.5 Vdc and delivers energy efficiency and reliable performance. This Honeywell Sensor has an operating temperature range between -40 °C to 150 °C.
