SS543AT
HoneywellHoneywell Hall-effect Digital Position Sensor ICs: SS500 Series, Unipolar Hall-effect sensor IC, Medium sensitivity, SOT-89B surface mount package, Available in 1000 units per tape and reel .. see full description
SS543AT sensor provides digital current sinking output and comes with reverse polarity protection built-in to ensure safe installation. This Honeywell Sensor consumes nominal power of maximum 5 mA at 4.5 Vdc to ensure energy efficiency. Its built-in regulator allows a stable operation over a supply voltage range of 4.5 Vdc to 24 Vdc. It has high output current capability and broad temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
This Honeywell Hall Effect Sensor is used in a variety of applications like disc speed, tape rotation sensing, flow-rate sensing, speed and RPM sensor, brushless DC motor commutation, motor and fan control, magnetic encoding and tachometer. These sensors get triggered by magnetic fields of different intensities, which then make the sensors work as analog transducers to finally produce voltage. Each of these sensors’ output voltage varies depending on the magnetic field.
