The ADM00867 is a MCP16411 low voltage boost converter evaluation board. MCP1641X is a compact, high-efficiency, fixed frequency, low-voltage, synchronous step-up DC-DC converter with battery monitoring. It provides an easy-to-use power supply solution for applications over a wide range of inputs: single-cell, two-cell, alkaline/NiMH batteries or single-cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer batteries can be used. With the 1A Typical Peak Input Current Limit, MCP1641X can provide over 200mA output current in 3.3V applications with input over 1.5V.
